The staff were very good and the location ideal for the Madrid Fair site
Given we had a car, the ease of parking was great (tho' we had to pay) coupled with nearby access to metro station as we didn't want to drive into the centre of the city. Both the bed side reading lights worked - a rarity in Spain!!!!!
Very Freindly staff, quiet, and sunny clean rooms, very good prices, very near to the Metro and Bus station, Perfect stay really!
Out of the hussle and bussel of central Madrid but excellent access into the city if required. Easy access to the airport. Great restaurants in the local area. Fantastic swimming pool and associated facilities.
The Hotel is closed to ifema. There is a metro station near the hotel which can take you to the city centre. Room conditions were good in terms of space and cleanness. During our stay at the Hotel the personnel were always friendly and helpfull.
The car park service is available for a fee of 10 euros per night. The room was too hot when we arrived.
Very clean and comfortable. Wide bed.
Unfortunatelly the waterpool at the end of September was already closed.
Reception staff were extremely helpful and gave good information. Excellent links with the Metro for the centre of Madrid. Good parking facility which is essential in Madrid.
Very convenient transfer to the airport (by bus) and to the downtown (by metro)
When we came there was no extra bed in our room however the desk staff knew that we reserved it. We had to ask for it. The air condition in our room was completelly out of control. It worked "full power" even we tried to tune it down or to turn it off, because the temperature became to low. The desk staff inform us that the only way to stop it is to switch off the fuse. We did is succesfully and this way we survived.
There was not air conditioning in the room. This was not nice when it is 40 degrees celsius in Madrid. We could not sleep!!
They have a good facilities but the most important thing that the staff they are so friendly and prof.
The hotel is well situated near a metro station. It is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The room was clean and well appointed.
The shower pressure was poor and the temperature fluctuated and at times became scalding hot. We moved rooms twice, from the 4th to the 3rd and finally to the 5th floor, where the problem wasn't so bad.
Location - right off of Puerta del Sol and in the middle of great shopping!
A bit pricey, but it is in the city center so you pay for location. Building / Rooms need a bit of updating, but ok for one night stay.
